Refund and Return Policy

Online purchases made through are valid for exchange, credit, or refund within 30 days from the ship date. Your return form and invoice provide a postmark date that specifies the last day you must return your merchandise by mail or to our store.

Items must be returned undamaged and unused. All returned items must be accompanied by the original order form and receipt. Any items returned either by mail or in store that are damaged will not be accepted for refund, however store credit or exchange may apply.

Customized orders are only finalized when the customer is satisfied with the results of the order. Any order that is not to the liking of the customer (for example the colour of the candle is too dark) will be redone.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations may be made on online orders that have not yet been shipped. If a cancellation occurs once the product is on route a refund will not be accepted.

Cancellations on customized orders can be made on orders 6 pieces or less. If an order of more than 6 pieces or a corporate order is cancelled a cancellation fee of 20% on your final order price will apply.
